Well this is different. I suppose I'm terribly late to the party, but that can't really be helped. I've been very busy these past few months, especially with all the extra work these "natural disasters" have been causing. I guess even in the restaurant business the goings on of the general population are still my concern.

Late or not, I think this will prove to be very interesting.
